DON'T FORGET TO ORDER YOUR YEARBOOK ONLINE TODAY!  Students will receive their yearbook during the last week of school, and all students are represented.  There are a limited number of copies available, so order early.  The link for ordering is on the Clarke Homepage!

Course Registration Reminder: today is the last day for 6th & 7th grade students  to complete online registration for the 2016-2017 school year.

Clarke Sustainability Committee: Do you want to save the world without having to wear a cape?  Do you want to get involved in some fun projects while making a difference at Clarke?  The Clarke Sustainability Committee will begin to meet on Wednesdays during WIN block.  You'll brainstorm about what steps we can take here at Clarke to reduce our carbon footprint, and decide on a project.  Come share your enthusiasm and ideas.  Sign up outside any of the following teacher's classrooms - Mr. Murray, Ms. Alexander, Mr. Werner, Mr. McCarthy or Ms. Herbert, and we can schedule you for WIN block.   

AESCF Speaker Announcement: African Endangered Species Conservation Fund is hosting a Speaker Series at Cary Memorial Libary.  Come join them this Thursday, May 26th from 4 - 5:30PM to learn more about conservation efforts in Africa!  David Sykes with the US Fish and Wildlife Service will give a presentation on what he and his team have done to protect wildlife and bring a real ivory tusk!  Cupcakes and refreshments will be served and admission is free.

Zentangle Drawing WIN Class: Are you ready for an exciting drawing adventure? If so come learn how to draw using the Zentangle Method with Ms. Stein. It's fun, relaxing, and best of all, no experience is required.  Classes will be offered during WIN block every Wed, Thu, and Fri from May 25th until the end of school. See Ms. Stein in room 370 if you have any questions.

Jungle Book Play This Week:  Clarke Middle School's production of The Jungle Book will be tonight at 7:30PM in the Clarke auditorium.   This is the production that won the gold medal at the Massachusetts Middle School drama festival a couple of weeks ago and it will be representing the United States at the World Festival of Children's Theatre this summer in Japan. Come to support the cast before they head off to Japan this summer. There will be basket raffles at the show too. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the door.
