Fee waivers are available for families with financial constraints in order for students to participate in athletic programs in the Lexington Public Schools. Please fill out a waiver form, include the necessary documentation, and submit it to Mary Ellen Dunn in the Business Office of the Lexington Public Schools. The application is a one time application for the school year. A copy of the form and the cover letter has been put on this website under "Athletics-General Information" click on "Forms".
