Expectations
“Hard work beats talent. Talent doesn’t always work hard.”
1. Playing time will not be discussed. Everyone will play.
2. School comes first!!!!! You are now for the first time in your life, student/athletes. Congratulations.
3. Poor behavior on and off the court will not be tolerated.
4. I expect you to be on time unless you have a good reason. For example, extra help with a teacher, taking a test, family emergency and etc.
5. Please inform me, if you are not going to be at practice or a game.
6. Important! If you play another sport outside of school, your first
commitment is to the team. According to the MIAA rules, if any athlete misses practice or a game for another sports activity outside, they will be not allow to play or practice for two games or two weeks, which ever is longer. In our case, it would be two weeks.
7. For away games, you are required to wear Khaki pants and a button-down shirt.
